Help The Choir and Earn Choir Cash!
The choir cash incentive program provides prizes which the students, parents, teachers and boosters can earn by participating in the choir fundraisers. For each $1.00 of proceeds the participant brings in, they will receive one (1) Choir Cash Dollar Credit. These credits can be collected and turned in to earn any of the prizes shown in the upcoming catalog. For the purposes of this program, proceeds are defined as the profit we receive from any eligible fundraiser.

Can You Get For Your Choir Dollars?
Items such as movie tickets, Homecoming Dance Tickets, Prom Tickets, Yearbooks, Letterman Jackets, iPods, iPhones, Digital Camera, Video Camera, Disney Passes, Televisions, Clothing, Hats, Sunglasses, Game Systems, Sporting Event Tickets and Laptops. A whole variety of items which you would want or need. Our catalog will be coming out soon, so don't wait to start selling!
How Do I Get Started?
That's the easy part. All you have to do is sell the items of the various fundraisers. The Fundraiser List which you received at the Orientation Meeting outline how much Choir Cash you get for each item sold for that particular fundraiser. When you turn in your orders, we determine how much Choir Cash you have earned. Periodically, we will send you a report which will show you how much you have earned.
When
Can I Redeem My Choir Cash?
You can redeem your Choir Cash once we have released the catalog (Scheduled for October 2007) and have earned enough Choir Cash for any of the listed prizes.
How Do I Redeem My Choir Cash?
Once the catalog is released, a Prize Redemption Order Form will also be available. Fill in the form and place it into an envelope and turn it in. You can turn it in at the Choir Room deposit box or you can mail it to the Booster mailing address.
How Long Do I Have To Redeem My Choir Cash?
Choir Cash for cash will only be good until June 1, 2007. You must redeem or transfer all your Choir Cash by this date or it becomes void.
Will I Get The Exact Prize that is Shown In The Catalog?
We will strive to provide the exact item, unless otherwise noted in the catalog, that is shown. However, all items are subject to availability and the boosters have the right to substitute or change an item with or without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and try to provide a similar item of equal or greater value.
Can
I Give My Choir Cash To Someone Else?
Choir Cash is transferable to any eligible, participating individual.
Can Anyone Participate?
Choir Cash Incentive Program is reserved for only the Parents, Students and Teachers of any of the booster groups that are involved with selling the products of the VHS Choir fundraisers.
